設備介紹

該設備是由電機、底座、傳動、密封、均質器、流量泵、壓力保護裝置、冷卻、加熱裝置、控製單元等組成。物料從設備上口進入,經九級高速剪切,從下而上從上口排出。是GDG20A型的細分,定子和轉子極小的配合間隙,在轉子超速運行時產生粒子團微粒化,定子麵靜止,在強大的速差下,轉子高速旋轉,從而形成0.1-0.5um的薄膜,對粒徑進行切割、剝離、分層,對物料進行乳化、分散、切割等作用。

1、具有對腔室內剪切的物料進行在線保溫和加熱功能,確保物料不會過熱或過冷,滿足各種工藝要求。

2、雙端麵機械密封自帶水循環冷卻和安全保護裝置,具有壓力示警保護功能,壓力值低於安全壓力時聲光報警,高速旋轉時密封更加可靠。3、采用五軸數控精密加工,保障了形位公差和尺寸公差的合格率,確保剪切定子、轉子配合間隙僅為0.15mm高速下運行順暢。高速運行的軸承溫控裝置，保證了8000r/min下長時間持續工作。

4、特殊材料保障主軸在高速運行時不會發生形變,線速度50m/s,跳動在0.05mm以內。

5、強大的剪切力、精密配合、穩定輸出的組合下,物料粒徑可達0.2-1um。

6、具有自循環清洗功能,滿足GMP要求。
